Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of Upuah. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
1. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
- Send spam, phishing, scams, or unsolicited bulk messages
- Distribute malware, ransomware, or harmful code
- Harass, threaten, exploit, or abuse individuals
- Collect or process sensitive personal data without a lawful basis and required notices
- Impersonate Upuah, upuah.com, or any person or organization
- Probe, scan, or attack systems without authorization, including our infrastructure
- Bypass rate limits, authentication, allowed origins, or other security controls
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service except under a written agreement
- Use the Service for high-risk activities where failure could cause death, injury, or severe damage
2. API and widget integrity
- Do not share server API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code
- Do not spoof origins or abuse embed tokens outside configured sites
- Do not overload endpoints with automated traffic beyond documented or agreed limits
- Do not interfere with other customers’ workspaces, conversations, or webhooks
3. Content standards
Content transmitted through chat, tickets, or webhooks must not include unlawful material, child sexual abuse material, content that promotes violent harm, or content you do not have rights to process.
4. Reporting
Report abuse or security issues to security@upuah.com. Include enough detail for us to investigate.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, throttle usage, suspend accounts, or involve law enforcement when appropriate. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so to protect the Service and users.
